Register now! Form a team, and share joyful dancing moments to secure 1 of 15 advancement spots!
▸ 1-minute dance video (Use a static camera to clearly capture each member’s face and movements. No special effects, editing, or post-production are allowed).

❷ Phase 2: Preliminary Round

15 shortlisted teams will compete on the starlight stage for 6 finalist slots!
Teams advancing to the finals will draw lots to determine their performance song, selecting one theme song from the Hong Kong Disneyland’s 20th Anniversary “The Most Magical Party of All”, and create unique dance steps!

陳紹傑 Billy Chan
Billy Chan Dance Concepts
CHAN Siu-kit Billy graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) in 1988, majoring in Chinese Dance, and awarded the Dean of School of Dance Scholarship. From 1988 to 1997, he was a full-time dancer with the Hong Kong Dance Company. In 1999, Billy founded the BCDC dance studio, dedicated to nurturing the next generation of dancers and raising the standard of street dance in Hong Kong. Since 1998, he has served as a Part-time Faculty member at the HKAPA School of Dance and as Coach of the Hong Kong Baptist University Dance Association. He is also an active judge in both school dance and street dance competitions.

The champion of "King Maker V". Lyman performed in the U.S. Broadway musical "Chicago" tour and held his solo dance theater show titled "Unspoken". Recently he served as the host of ViuTV's variety show "Dance with Lyman".

香港街舞資深舞者 | Hong Kong Professional Street Dance Dancer
Hong Kong professional street dance dancer, choreographer and artist. Member of local street dance crew HoodShot, CocaShot and Shiyan z. Starting from 2012, she has specialized Street Dance (Waacking) and Freestyle. During this period, she has won many awards in different street dance events in Hong Kong and overseas. She also has extensive experience in teaching and choreography, including special education schools, secondary schools, IVE, university performances and choreographic assistant for the 2018 Ocean Park Halloween street dance performance. In addition, she participated in the “LIMITS” pilot program to receive instructor training courses from the professional dance company “Candoco Dance Company” from UK and choreographed The Box 6.0 street dance theater of the "Hong Kong Street Dance Development Association". She also went to the Netherlands to receive physical training from the street dance company “Amenti” .

Jeffrey “RM” Garcia is a Show Director of Disney Live Entertainment at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. Renowned for his exceptional direction and choreography, RM brought to life the award-winning Halloween spectacular “Let’s Get Wicked” and the all-new “Friendtastic!” parade for Hong Kong Disneyland’s 20th anniversary celebration, featuring over one hundred performers. A graduate of the University of the Philippines, Diliman with a BA in Theatre Arts, RM also taught Jazz Dance and Cheerleading at the College of Human Kinetics. His work blends theatrical storytelling with dynamic choreography, captivating audiences across Asia and pushing the boundaries of live performance.

Gisele Abejero is an accomplished dancer who began ballet training at six. She has performed in diverse genres including modern ballet, contemporary, artistic gymnastics, cheerdance, classical and funky jazz, Latin dance, Bharatanatyam, and aerial arts. A graduate of the University of the Philippines with a Diploma in Creative and Performing Musical Arts, she performed with the University of the Philippines Dance Company and Douglas Nierras Powerdance. From 2006 to 2023, Gisele captivated audiences at Hong Kong Disneyland in shows like "The Golden Mickeys", “Mickey and the Wondrous Book”, “Let’s Get Wicked” and "Festival of the Lion King," served as Dance Captain for six years. She is now one of the 2024-2025 Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Ambassadors.

A veteran male street dancer from Hong Kong, and a member of the world-renowned dance crew Legion X. Since childhood, he has had a strong passion for street dance and freestyle. He has traveled extensively to places such as Japan, the United States and Europe to live and further his training, gaining a deep understanding of street dance culture. He has also won multiple awards in competitions around the world.

Gop is a dedicated artist with a rich background in performance and choreography. Since 2007, he has brought the beauty and inspiration he sees around him to life on stage. Gop's career began with "The Zoo Thailand," where he performed and taught hip-hop and street jazz for ten years. He also performed as a ballet dancer at Bangkok City Ballet and explored contemporary dance. In 2017, Gop joined Hong Kong Disneyland (HKDL) as a chorus dancer in "Mickey and the Wondrous Book" and a sub-chorus dancer in "Festival of the Lion King." His talent led him to become a choreographer in 2024. He has choreographed notable shows like "Friendtastic" and "Duffy and Friends ‘Adventure Together.'" Gop holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Western Dance from Srinakarinwirot University, Bangkok. He is currently a choreographer at HKDL, continuing to bring his creative vision to life on stage.

Charlene Kwong
The Yard / Yayakids創辦人 | Founder of The Yard / Yayakids
Charlene Kwong is the well-known founder of "The Yard", a premier rehearsal venue in Hong Kong used by top-tier artists, and also dedicated to providing high-quality space and facilities for large-scale performance rehearsals and multi-purpose workshops.. She has a lot of experience working on big concert stages. Her impressive list of collaborators includes Hong Kong superstars like Jacky Cheung, Aaron Kwok, Sammi Cheng, and Hins Cheung, plus many other famous singers. Alongside her production work, Charlene is also a highly experienced dance tutor and choreographer, with over 20 years in the field. She has led training for eight universities, multiple tertiary colleges, and many primary and secondary schools across Hong Kong. In 2016, Charlene expanded her work with young people by starting "YayaKids Children's Street Dance School". This school is dedicated to providing street dance training (like hip-hop) to children aged 3 to 16. Through YayaKids, she aims to cultivate foundational dance skills, help them feel more confident, and develop physically, all within different popular street dance styles. Her teaching connects professional dance standards with methods suitable for young learners.

挑戰須知 1. 比賽隊伍人數為2至8人，年齡介乎16至24歲。
2. 入圍第二階段參加者必須簽署網上健康聲明，如於2025年9月14日仍未滿18歲，必須由家長或監護人簽署相關同意書。有關連結將於初賽前5天經WhatsApp或電郵發送至隊伍聯絡人。
3. 舞蹈的種類包括但不限於Contemporary pop styles (e.g. Street Dance, K-pop, Musical Theatre, Jazz Funk, Commercial Dance, Dance Pop, Vogueing, and Waacking)。
4. 參加隊伍須自行排練舞蹈動作，並因應舞台規格自行調整編排。
5. 參賽隊伍必須提交效果優良的配樂進行比賽，並經主辦單位審批。
6. 每隊參加者只可遞交1條短片供網上初選用，每位參加者只可加入一隊比賽隊伍。影片限時1分鐘 (必須定鏡拍攝及清楚拍攝每位參加者的樣貌和形體動作，禁止使用任何特效、剪接或後製)。
7. 比賽時間自音樂播放開始計算，音樂結束之同時停止計算比賽時間。每隊表演時間*如下:
→ 網上初選自選歌曲: 1分鐘；
→ 初賽自選歌曲: 1分鐘至1分30秒；
→ 決賽自選歌曲 (最長2分鐘) 及香港迪士尼樂園20周年主題曲 (約1分鐘)
*超過者將有機會被中斷超時部分之演出。
^參賽隊伍可於三個階段使用同一首自選歌曲及舞蹈參賽。
8. 參賽者名單於報名截止後不得無故更換或新增團員，主辦機構保留拒絕參賽之權利。
9. 演出服飾須配合其舞蹈的風格且不得過份暴露。
10. 參賽者嚴禁不雅及暴力的主題及行為。
11. 主辦單位有權將參賽舞蹈之表演以文字、錄音、錄影等作紀錄，或作其他形式等公開刊載或播放。
12. 參賽者不得侵犯他人版權，有關責任將由參賽者自行承擔。如有懷疑違反著作權之行為時，主辦單位可取消其參賽資格。
13. 參賽音樂形式不限，惟音樂歌詞不得涉及粗言穢語、不雅字句。
14. 評審團的議決乃最後決定，參加者不得異議。
15. 主辦機構有保留修訂比賽規則的權利。
獎賞
> 所有入圍初賽的隊伍將獲得每位成員一張10月18日決賽日的香港迪士尼樂園免費門票。
> 所有入圍決賽的隊伍將獲得每隊 $6,000 編舞基金，詳情將於初賽現場公佈。
決賽獎項
Ø 冠軍：$8,000 (現金獎及奬杯) + 每人兩張香港迪士尼樂園門票
Ø 亞軍：$4,000 (現金獎及奬杯) + 每人兩張香港迪士尼樂園門票

2. Participants advancing to Phase 2 must sign an online health declaration; the link will be sent to the team contact person via WhatsApp or email 5 days before the Preliminary Round. For those who are not yet 18 on September 14, you must have the relevant health declaration signed by parents or guardian.
3. Dance styles include but not limited to contemporary pop styles (e.g., street dance, K-pop, musical theatre, jazz funk, commercial dance, dance pop, voguing, and waacking).
4. Teams are solely responsible for rehearsals and modify the choreography to comply with stage specifications or stage size.
5. Teams must submit high-quality music tracks for the competition, subject to approval by the organizers.
6. Each team can only submit 1 video for online audition; each participant can only be a member of one competing team. The video must be 1 minute long (Use a static camera to clearly capture each member's face and movements. No special effects, editing, or post-production are allowed).
7. The competition starts when the music begins and stops when the music ends. Each team's performance time* is as follows:
→ Online Audition self-chosen song^: 1 minute;
→ Preliminary Round self-chosen song: 1 to 1.5 minutes;
→ Finale self-chosen song (max. 2 minutes) and Hong Kong Disneyland 20th anniversary theme song (around 1 minutes)
* Overtime may result in performance cutoff
^The self-chosen song can be the same during 3 phrases
8. The team members cannot be changed or added without permission; the organizers reserve the right to refuse the adjustment if not providing adequate reasons.
9. Costumes should not be overly revealing.
10. Participants are strictly prohibited from themes or actions involving obscenity or violence.
11. Organizers have the right to record, publish or broadcast the performances in text, audio, video, or other forms.
12. Participants must not infringe on others' copyrights; any related responsibilities will be borne by the participants.
13. The lyrics must exclude profanity or vulgar language.
14. The judges' decisions are final, and participants may not dispute them.
15. Organizers reserve the right to amend the rules.
Awards
> Members of the teams who successfully enter the Preliminary Round will each receive one complimentary park admission ticket for Hong Kong Disneyland on the finale, October 18.
> Finalist Teams will receive a choreography fund of $6,000 ; details will be announced during the Preliminary Round.
